Below you will find several resources geared towards helping you and your organization succeed at Texas State University. If there are any resources you feel we are missing, please do not hesitate to contact us to let us know.
Please use this form to add or remove members from your chapter roster. All forms must be submitted before the deadline, April 15th for Spring and November 15th for Fall, in order for the changes to appear on your semester grade report.
This form is only available in the Greek Affairs office to ensure the office is up to date on how many members an organization is taking through their Recruitment/Intake process.
After elections are complete, chapters must submit an Officer Update Form to the Greek Affairs office. To complete the form you need to have each officers name, Texas State email address, cell phone number, and Student ID number (PLID).
If you need to update less than 4 officers due to vacancies, please contact Greek Affairs for an alternative way to update your chapter information.
Chapters should submit their Civic Engagement Activities through iCAT as events are happening throughout the semester. For instructions on how to log these activities, please refer to the Greek Affairs Chapter Administrative Guide Section 05.04. If your site will not verify your service via email, you can have them complete this Civic Engagement and Verification Form instead.
It is the chapter's responsibility to know and understand all policies that pertain to them. Below you will find the three most often referenced by our organizations.
SA/PPS No. 07.06 Student Organization Disciplinary Procedures
SA/PPS No. 07.08 Greek Affairs Policies
SA/PPS No. 07.10 Fraternity and Sorority Use of Alcohol at Social Events

The Fraternal Information & Programming Group, of FIPG, has created a manual to assist chapters in programming fun and safe events. Several of our fraternities and sororities use or enforce guidelines that were created by FIPG. Click HERE to take a look at the Manual.
The Greek Affairs staff have been working hard to bring you relevant and useful resources to help your chapter with academics. Some of these resources were created in-house, others have recommended to us, and all have been posted here for your use.
